Beaucoup supposent qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019ajuster les couleurs, de d\u00e9placer des boutons ou de modifier des titres. Bien que ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments comptent, ils ne sont que la surface.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un CRO efficace commence par la compr\u00e9hension du comportement des utilisateurs. Pourquoi les utilisateurs h\u00e9sitent-ils ? O\u00f9 abandonnent-ils ? Quelles attentes ne sont pas satisfaites ? Ces questions n\u00e9cessitent une analyse de donn\u00e9es, une recherche utilisateur et des informations qualitatives \u2014 pas des suppositions.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les programmes de CRO performants combinent l\u2019analytique, les tests d\u2019utilisabilit\u00e9, l\u2019analyse de session et l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation. Un CRO durable am\u00e9liore l\u2019ensemble du parcours utilisateur \u2014 des pages de destination au paiement ou \u00e0 la soumission de formulaires \u2014 tout en maintenant la confiance et la clart\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019il est effectu\u00e9 correctement, le CRO n\u2019est pas un projet ponctuel mais un cycle d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue.
