Tr\u00e8s peu poss\u00e8dent des tableaux de bord qui orientent les d\u00e9cisions. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2232\">Le probl\u00e8me n&rsquo;est pas le manque de donn\u00e9es, mais le manque de pertinence. Les tableaux de bord tentent souvent de tout afficher, submergeant les parties prenantes de m\u00e9triques qui semblent impressionnantes mais ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux v\u00e9ritables questions commerciales. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2502\">Les tableaux de bord efficaces commencent par les d\u00e9cisions, pas par les donn\u00e9es. Quelles d\u00e9cisions ce rapport doit-il soutenir ? L&rsquo;allocation budg\u00e9taire ? L&rsquo;optimisation de campagne ? La priorisation de produits ? Lorsque les tableaux de bord sont con\u00e7us autour de la prise de d\u00e9cision, les m\u00e9triques deviennent naturellement plus cibl\u00e9es et significatives.     <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2504\" data-end=\"2788\">Un autre probl\u00e8me est l&rsquo;inad\u00e9quation avec l&rsquo;audience. Les dirigeants, les responsables marketing et les analystes ont tous besoin de vues diff\u00e9rentes de la performance. Un tableau de bord unique \u00ab universel \u00bb ne satisfait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement personne. Les tendances, les comparaisons et le contexte comptent davantage que les chiffres bruts. Un bon tableau de bord explique ce qui a chang\u00e9, pourquoi c&rsquo;est important et quoi faire ensuite.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2970\" data-end=\"3136\">Lorsque le reporting passe de l&rsquo;observation passive \u00e0 l&rsquo;orientation active, les tableaux de bord cessent d&rsquo;\u00eatre des rituels mensuels et deviennent des outils quotidiens pour des d\u00e9cisions plus
