Les \u00e9quipes UX se concentrent sur le design et l\u2019utilisabilit\u00e9. Les \u00e9quipes analytics rendent compte des performances. Les \u00e9quipes CRO testent des variantes. Chaque fonction apporte de la valeur \u2014 mais la s\u00e9paration limite l\u2019impact.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019analytics vous indique ce que font les utilisateurs. La recherche UX explique pourquoi. Le CRO valide ce qui fonctionne. Lorsque ces disciplines travaillent ensemble, les enseignements deviennent actionnables.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple, l\u2019analytics peut r\u00e9v\u00e9ler une forte chute \u00e0 une \u00e9tape du paiement. La recherche UX peut mettre au jour de la confusion, des attentes non satisfaites ou des probl\u00e8mes de confiance. Au lieu de corrections isol\u00e9es, les organisations am\u00e9liorent l\u2019ensemble des parcours \u2014 en r\u00e9duisant les frictions tout en renfor\u00e7ant la confiance et la conversion. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019UX, de l\u2019analytics et du CRO am\u00e9liore \u00e9galement l\u2019alignement. Les d\u00e9cisions ne sont plus guid\u00e9es par l\u2019opinion ou l\u2019esth\u00e9tique seules, mais par des enseignements partag\u00e9s et des r\u00e9sultats mesurables. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La v\u00e9ritable optimisation se produit \u00e0 l\u2019intersection des donn\u00e9es, des comportements et du
