Pourtant, de nombreuses \u00e9quipes s\u2019appuient sur des approches d\u2019attribution qui d\u00e9forment discr\u00e8tement la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019attribution au dernier clic est le coupable le plus \u00e9vident. Elle attribue tout le m\u00e9rite \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re interaction avant la conversion, en ignorant tout ce qui s\u2019est produit plus t\u00f4t dans le parcours. Les campagnes de notori\u00e9t\u00e9, les contenus, la recherche de marque et m\u00eame le remarketing sont souvent sous-valoris\u00e9s ou totalement \u00e9cart\u00e9s \u2014 non pas parce qu\u2019ils ne fonctionnent pas, mais parce qu\u2019ils ne \u00ab bouclent pas la boucle \u00bb.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame les mod\u00e8les d\u2019attribution plus avanc\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre trompeurs lorsque la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es est faible. Points de contact manquants, d\u00e9finitions de conversion incoh\u00e9rentes, perte de cookies ou suivi d\u00e9salign\u00e9 entre l\u2019analytics, les plateformes publicitaires et les syst\u00e8mes CRM : tout cela introduit des biais. Les diff\u00e9rents canaux jouent des r\u00f4les diff\u00e9rents \u00e0 des \u00e9tapes diff\u00e9rentes \u2014 et ces r\u00f4les varient selon l\u2019audience, l\u2019intention et le contexte.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Une approche plus fiable combine un suivi propre, des sources de donn\u00e9es int\u00e9gr\u00e9es et une interpr\u00e9tation r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie. Dans de nombreux cas, comparer plusieurs mod\u00e8les c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te \u2014 plut\u00f4t que de s\u2019en remettre \u00e0 une seule \u00ab v\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00bb \u2014 apporte de meilleurs \u00e9clairages pour la prise de d\u00e9cision. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019attribution doit alimenter des \u00e9changes plus pertinents, pas fournir une fausse certitude.
