Les marques qui ont pass\u00e9 la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie \u00e0 louer des donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;audience aupr\u00e8s des plateformes r\u00e9alisent aujourd&rsquo;hui que ce contrat de location est en cours de ren\u00e9gociation, selon des conditions qu&rsquo;elles ne ma\u00eetrisent pas. <\/p>\n\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es de premi\u00e8re partie \u2014 les informations que les clients partagent sciemment et volontairement lors de leurs interactions directes avec votre marque \u2014 sont devenues l&rsquo;atout strat\u00e9gique le plus pr\u00e9cieux pour une entreprise moderne. Or, un point essentiel est rarement abord\u00e9 clairement : une strat\u00e9gie de donn\u00e9es de premi\u00e8re partie ne se confond pas avec une culture de ces donn\u00e9es. En revanche, l&rsquo;alignement interne n\u00e9cessaire pour consid\u00e9rer la collecte de donn\u00e9es comme un \u00e9change de valeur plut\u00f4t que comme une simple extraction est plus complexe. Les clients partagent davantage d&rsquo;informations, et avec plus de pr\u00e9cision, lorsqu&rsquo;ils re\u00e7oivent en retour une contrepartie pertinente : personnalisation, pertinence, acc\u00e8s prioritaire, simplicit\u00e9. Les organisations qui tirent pleinement parti des donn\u00e9es propri\u00e9taires sont celles qui ont rendu cet \u00e9change de valeur explicite \u00e0 chaque point de contact client.   <\/p>\n\n<p>La m\u00e9taphore de l&rsquo;\u00e9tang est pertinente ici. De nombreuses entreprises collectent techniquement des donn\u00e9es de premi\u00e8re partie depuis des ann\u00e9es. Mais ces donn\u00e9es restent cloisonn\u00e9es et cloisonn\u00e9es : listes d&#8217;emails ici, enregistrements CRM l\u00e0, comportement web ailleurs, sans \u00eatre cartographi\u00e9es, exploit\u00e9es ni combin\u00e9es. Un foss\u00e9 exige profondeur, continuit\u00e9 et interconnexion.
